Manufactured between 1946 and 1947. Has a blade front sight and an elevation adjustable rear sight. The top of the receiver is round and smooth. The barrel has the last style inscription along with the "W/P" proofmark on the top rear of the barrel. The proofmark is also stamped on top of the receiver. Mounted on a 17 groove flat bottom walnut forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as professionally restored, with minimal handling marks. Finish is dark and uniform. Stock and forearm are very fine with a high gloss finish. Mechanically excellent.
