Manufactured in 1947, this rifle features a fixed front and adjustable rear sights, 3/4 length tube magazine, two line Winchester address followed by the model, caliber, and trademark on left side of barrel, Winchester proof on the top breech end of the barrel and top of the receiver, and serial numbers marked on the lower tang and front underside of the frame. It is fitted with a seventeen groove forearm and a replacement smooth straight grip stock with a black checkered Winchester buttplate.

Very good as reblued overall with light markings (due to heavy buffing) some light slide wear and some overall light handling/storage marks, and two filled holes in the barrel. Mechanically fine.
