Made in 1945. Fixed sights, with "REMINGTON RAND INC./SYRACUSE, N.Y. U.S.A." and "P" on the slide, Atwood-inspected frame with "NO" style serial number marking, stamped trigger, thin hammer, serrated slide catch, checkered thumb safety, serrated arched mainspring housing, Keyes Fiber grips, and a High Standard barrel.

Excellent, with 97% plus of the original finish, showing some mild edge wear and handling marks overall. A few small rough patches are visible on the left side of the frame around the trigger guard, possibly a factory error. The barrel shows half of the blue. Grips are excellent, with some light pressure dents on the sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
