Built using a Winchester Model 37 as a base and fitted with a barrel "marked LINE GUN - 45/70 - BLANKS ONLY" and a large alloy line container. The "Bridger" Naval Co. nomenclature is marked on the top of the barrel, with a brass instruction plaque on the side of the container. The forearm steps down to fit the container with "T2(2 struck through vertically)" on the bottom of the wrist and a checkered Winchester buttplate. Included with the thrower is a hard case, 3 harpoons, 1 brass throwing rods, 10 45-70 blank cartridges, one extra reel of rope and 3 rope rewinding sticks. With documentation including a copy of an ATF letter confirming that this arm, so long as it is kept together as a line-throwing kit, is exempt from the terms of the National Firearms Act regarding barrel length, as well as operating instructions.

Excellent with 95% plus of the blue finish, showing some light handling marks overall and a few scuffs on the barrel from mounting the line canister. The stock is very fine with mild dings. Mechanically excellent.
