Description:

Blade front and folding ladder peep sight with the Winchester barrel dated "11-18". "E" (Eddystone) proofs are present on some bolt components with "W/45" on the tip of the smooth stock with a set of "eagle head" proofs around the trigger guard assembly and a smooth steel buttplate. It includes a 1917 dated Winchester bayonet that is 21 1/2 inches long with a 16 3/4 inch blade and ribbed hardwood grips.

Rating Definition:

Very fine with 85% plus of the original blue finish showing areas of gray patina, scattered spotting and mild handling marks on the trigger guard. The stock is excellent with scattered dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent. Bayonet is fair.
