Fixed front sight and Lyman fully adjustable rear peep sight mounted on the right rear of the receiver. The barrel is marked "S A/flaming bomb/10-38". The bright polished bolt is electro penciled with the matching serial number to the gun and marked "NS/M2" on the base of the bolt handle. Mounted on a smooth walnut pistol grip stock with finger grooves, a boxed "P" proof, a boxed "S.A.A." cartouche, sling swivels, canvas sling, and a checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished, with 99% parkerized finish overall. Small area of thinning on front sight band. Stock has been lightly sanded and reoiled as part of its arsenal refurbishment. Finger groove is slightly shallow, but clearly present. Mechanically excellent.

Mounted on an unmarked smooth walnut NB style pistol grip stock with finger grooves, in a high gloss varnish, sling swivels, canvas sling, and a checkered steel buttplate.

Very fine as refinished. Barrel and receiver have 95% original GI Parkerized finish. Stock has been heavily sanded and refinished in a high gloss varnish, with 99% finish remaining. Several small pressure indentations on the stock, with two deep indentations on the right side of the wrist. Mechanically excellent.
