A) Inland M1 Semi-Automatic Carbine

Description:

Manufactured in late 1944. The barrel is stamped "INLAND MFG. DIV./GENERAL MOTORS/10-44". Configured with a first style barrel band, a shallow groove four rivet handguard, a slide with angled face, a round bolt, a two position flip rear sight, a modified magazine release and a push button safety. Mounted on a low wood walnut stock with crossed cannon cartouche on the right side and "IO" stamped in the sling cutout. With a green web sling.

Rating Definition:

Arsenal refurbished, 95% plus of the mixed parkerized finishes remain with high edge and cycling wear along with some scattered minor scratches. The sanded and reoiled stock is very good with scratches, dings and some areas of chipping. Mechanically excellent.

Manufactured in early 1944. The barrel is marked "UNDERWOOD/10-43/flaming bomb". Outfitted with a first type barrel band, a shallow groove two rivet handguard, a straight faced slide, flat bolt, an unmodified magazine release, a push button safety and a two position rear sight. Has a laminated trigger housing. Mounted on a high wood walnut stock with a boxed "G.H.D./U.E.F." cartouche on the right side, a circled "P" in the grip cap area and "M-U" stamped in the sling cutout. With a green web sling.

Rating Definition:

Arsenal refurbished, 98% of the grayish green parkerized finish remains with some scattered minor scratches and high edge wear. The sanded, reoiled stock is very good with scratches and dings. Mechanically excellent.
