Manufactured in 1916, with white bead front and mid sights on the matte vent rib, receiver has been intricately engraved with a scrolling floral pattern, and a small scene of silver inlay game birds, with a silver inlay quail on the right plate, and a silver inlay pheasant on the left. Engraving extends down the breech lever, and onto the tang. Fancy checkered walnut straight grip stock with detailed fleu-de lis edging. Trigger guard and barrel have an old professional refinish. Has a vented Pachmayr recoil pad, and a clear acrylic spacer has been added. Barrel is choked full, with 2 3/4 inch chambers. Length of pull is 14 1/4 inches. A classic attractive trap gun.

Very fine, as partially professional refinished (as noted above). The vent rib has a dent in the second rib behind the muzzle, as well as early signs of rust spotting. Barrel retains 99% blue finish. Receiver is a case hardened finish that has aged well to a satin gray patina, with traces of original coloration in protected areas primarily around the trigger guard, and breech lever. Shortened stock and forearm are very good, with 97% finish, areas handled during normal usage and handling have aged to a warm smooth satin. Right side of stock immediately behind the receiver has two small areas that have been filled. Mechanically excellent.
