Marked 'PATENT No. 17143/16" next to an oval around "W. W. G" over an "elephant" (Greener trademark). Overall length 12-3/4 inches with the blade length of 8-1/4 inches. The blade is polished bright metal which is attached to an either bronze or brass hilt by a staked hexagonal nut internally. This is the real deal. Missing scabbard.

Excellent plus. Totally original overall with the original polish present on the blade and an extremely pleasing unpolished original patination of the hilt.
