Manufactured in 1934 with a red front and steel mid bead sights on matte solid rib with WS1/ WS2 marked chokes, ejectors and 2 3/4 inch chambers. The bottom of the trigger guard plate is marked "SKEET" and "TRAP" and the water table bears the patent markings, model and address. The matching serial number is marked on the upper tang and on the bottom of the forearm. Single selective trigger and tang mounted safety with gold "SAFE" marking. Checkered deluxe walnut pistol grip stock and forearm with a checkered naked butt. Length of pull is 13 7/8 inches. The included Cody letter confirms the serial number, configuration, sights and that is was made for Western Cartridge Company.

Very fine as partially refinished (wood and trigger guard) with 85% plus original blue finish remaining, showing some light edge wear, minor dings at the muzzle, clear markings, small surface scratches and general handling marks. The wood is fine as refinished with sharp checkering, glossy finish a repaired hairline crack on the right side of the forearm, a large chip on the left of the forearm and general handling marks. Mechanically excellent.
