Manufactured in 1949 as a lower cost, solid frame alternative to the venerable Model 12. With standard markings and features, 2 3/4 inch chamber, choked full. The serial number "88" is marked on the underside of the frame. Mounted on a 14 groove forearm and smooth pistol grip stock with a hard rubber Winchester checkered buttplate. Length of pull is 14 inches.

Fine with 70% original blue finish remaining showing areas of light spotting, high point and edge wear, scattered surface scratches and small nicks and dings. The wood is very good with general handling marks, scattered indentations and surface scratches. Mechanically excellent.
