This is another scale miniature of a Colt 1911 Commercial Government Model that measures in at 2 3/4 inches long and 1 3/4 inches tall. This is an absolutely wonderful .925 silver constructed scale representation of a 1917 production Colt Government Model pistol, with proper markings and mechanical function. The two-line, two-block address and Rampant Colt are present on the left side of the slide, with the caliber markings on the reverse and the Government Model marks on the right side of the frame. Fitted with a pair of checkered grips and a lanyard base magazine. With a hardwood case red velvet lined and French-cut to accommodate the pistol and a set of 7 inert cartridges with "FA/36" headstamps.

Near mint as professionally custom made with a few small handling marks overall. While incapable of firing ammunition (barrel not bored through, no firing pin hole in the breech face), the pistol passes a hand function test, with all safeties, the hold-open, and trigger working order. The case is excellent. A fantastic display and conversation piece.
