The factory letter confirms the revolver's configuration, that it has Class "B" standard level scroll engraving, and was shipped as the only gun of this type to Lew Horton Distributing Company, Inc. in Westboro, Massachusetts, on May 2, 2008. Aside from the engraving, it has the standard markings and features. It has a pair of eagle and Rampant Colt grips. A matching shipping sleeve, blue box, pair of "scale" checkered rosewood grips, and papers are included.

Near new in box with only light handling marks. The box is excellent, and the shipping box is very good with only minor edge wear.
