Manufactured in 1932 with blade front and square notch rear sights, standard Colt markings, unshrouded ejector rod, factory lanyard swivel (not always installed on civilian guns), and checkered walnut grips with Rampant Colt medallions. It comes with a dark navy/purple unnumbered Colt factory box with correct end label (5 1/2, 45, wood, blue) for gun, waxed paper and cleaning rod.

Excellent. The revolver retains 99% plus of the original blue finish with slight handling marks, a thin and light cylinder drag line, and some slight oxidation on the ejector knob. The grips are as new with crisp checkering, and the action and markings are virtually perfect. The box is very fine with some minor edge and corner wear from storage and surprisingly clean interior with only some slights stains and marks. This is certainly one of the finest New Service revolvers around.
