This is an excellent example of a very difficult to find Colt 150th Anniversary "Double Diamond" pistol set that includes both the Colt "Officers ACP" pistol and the Colt "Python" revolver in the original Colt display case. This set is number 8 of 1,000 sets that were manufactured in 1986. The guns have the standard markings as well as the Colt Double Diamond 150th Anniversary logo on the left side of the barrel. The revolver features a bright polished stainless steel, six round fluted cylinder, wide borderless checkered hammer and serrated trigger. Fitted with nicely grained rosewood grips with silver Colt 150th Anniversary medallions. Complete with the factory supplied cherry wood display case with glass top, black felt lining and a blue and gold 150th Anniversary 2 1/2 inch medallion inset into the case, a Colt factory red box numbered to the gun, the original shipping box, copy of the Cherry's Sporting Goods advertisement, papers and key.

Near new with only slight handling marks. The case is excellent. The factory box is excellent. Mechanically excellent.

Manufactured in 1986. Colt Model Officers ACP Double Diamond 150th Anniversary finished in bright stainless steel and smooth rosewood grips with the silver Colt 150th Anniversary medallion. Standard markings as well as the Colt Double Diamond 150th Anniversary logo marked on the left side of the slide. Fitted with a three white dot ramp front sight and adjustable rear notch sight. This pistol shares a case with the "A" gun of this lot. Complete with a Colt factory red box numbered to the gun, a Cherry's Sporting Goods advertisement and papers.
