Manufactured in 1980 to celebrate the establishment of the Francotte firm in 1805. Post front and folding ladder rear sights, with the address and "1805-1980" rendered in gold and a small engraved flourish at the breech. The engraving is also present on the frame, especially on the lever, which shows a fine starburst-accented checkerboard pattern, with gold scroll borders, the "crown/AF" logo and "Aug Francotte/a Liege" on each side and "1806" on the left. Finely checkered fancy walnut pistol grip stock with full-coverage engraving on the buttplate.

Excellent, 99% plus original blue finish, with some light handling marks and spotting overall. Mechanically excellent.
