Manufactured in 1957. With a hooded beaded blade on a serrated ramp front and a rocker style two leaf rear notch sights. The barrel features standard trademarks, model and caliber markings with the oval "WP" proofmark offset to the left near the breech. The receiver is also marked with the "WP" proof as well as being drilled and tapped for scope mounting. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut pistol grip stock with sling swivels and a solid Winchester recoil pad.

Fine as partially refinished (wood) with balance retaining 85% plus original blue finish, areas of light spotting on the barrel, light surface scratches, general handling marks and a smooth gray patina on the bolt handle knob. The revarnished wood is very good with scattered small indentations, some light scuffs, general handling marks and slightly rounded checkering. Mechanically excellent.
