With a hooded, beaded blade on a checkered ramp front and three leaf (one standing, two folding) rear express sights. The right side of the barrel is stamped "FOREIGN" just forward of the breech. With standard German proofs and maker's marks on the left side of the barrel and action. With a smooth round knob bolt handle, fully blued bolt, hinged floor plate, blue steel grip cap, matching visible numbers and a serrated horn buttplate. Mounted on a multi-point checkered walnut pistol grip stock with a horn end cap and cheek piece.

Very good with 85% original blue finish, areas of edge and high point wear, general handling marks, gray patina on the bolt handle and a mottled gray/brown patina on the floor plate. The wood is fine as revarnished with good color, well defined checkering, scattered surface scratches and some light indentations. Mechanically excellent.
