This is one of the largest firearms, hunting and outdoors industry conventions in the world, drawing in both consumers and manufacturers on an international scale for over 40 years. The side by side rifle/shotgun barrels have a small bead front sight, folding single leaf rear. Matted flat solid rib. The rifle barrel is chambered for the 8MM x 57IRS (323/8MM). The shotgun is a 3 inch 20 gauge and choked modified. The second barrel set is a side x side 20 gauge with 3 inch chambers and choked full/modified. Both barrel sets have their own forearm and a 2 inch wedge of engraving on the chamber sides. The side lock action features incredibly detailed, high relief special order engraving by Master Engraver "Bernd Ludwig", and features pine branch/leaf and cone and game scenes. The left lock has brilliant gold inlays of 3 wolves attacking a bull elk. The right lock has two bighorn sheep. The bottom has a gold wolf's head. Double triggers with a set-trigger feature on the front trigger. Tang safety, cocking indicators. Extra fancy triple-x English walnut pistol grip stock with double line bordered fine-line checkering, shadow line small cheekpiece. Black composite butt plates & grip cap. Matching walnut beavertail forearm with multi-point checkering, engraved latch and knuckle. Measurements for the cape shotgun barrel are: Bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .630; Wall thickness at 9" from breech .035. Near new and probably unfired as there are no marks on the breech face of the receiver with 99% of the factory finish overall. The wood is also in the same exceptional condition. The shotgun has beautiful master engraving overall and as noted covers 100% of the action. It is complete with the original box numbered to the gun.
