With a single bead sight on the round barrel and standard model markings. The U.S. military marked Ithaca was in all likelihood acquired under the U.S. governments "Blanket Procurement Program" and features fancy checkered wood, polished blue finish and the correct commercial production game scene engraving on the frame. The left side breech end of the barrel is marked with the correct "flaming bomb/P' and the frame is marked "P/U.S." The checkered pistol grip stock is fitted with a hard rubber grip cap and serrated hard rubber buttplate. Length of pull is 13 3/4 inches.

Very fine with 80% of the original blue finish remaining showing areas of edge and high point wear, small scratches, minor dings, areas of darker brown patina and clear markings. The wood is very good with areas of varnish loss, dings and indentations throughout and some small chips at the frame junction. Mechanically excellent.
