Manufactured as part of the final Colt serial number block of 1913. Fixed sights, with the two-line, two-block Colt patents and address on the left side of the slide, the Rampant Colt behind the serrations and "MODEL OF 1911.U.S.ARMY" on the right side ahead of the ejector port. The left side of the frame is marked "UNITED STATES PROPERTY" and "WGP". Fitted with a long smooth trigger, checkered wide hammer, round top rear sight, short grip safety, checkered slide catch and thumb safety, smooth flat mainspring housing, checkered diamond flat grips, two tone pinned base lanyard staple magazine, and a "P H" marked barrel.

Excellent with 90% plus of the original polish blue finish, showing a mixed gray patina on the grip straps and high edges, scattered light handling marks and a small amount of spotting. Grips are very good, with some light dings and verdigris buildup. Mechanically excellent.
