The barrel is marked "R.I.A./flaming bomb/9-18". With a fixed blade front sight with cover and a fully adjustable rear ladder sight with the volley notch at the top. Standard milled barrel bands, floor plate and trigger guard. Mounted on an oil finished "S" type stock with the high wood handguard and milled sighting channel, sling swivels and stacking swivel and a smooth steel buttplate with trap (empty). The right side of the stock is marked with a boxed "C-SAA" San Antonio Arsenal rebuild mark and a boxed "P" ordnance acceptance mark on the wrist.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished with 90% plus gray parkerized finish, areas of light pitting and small dings under the finish and small amounts of high point and edge wear. The wood is fine as lightly sanded and oiled with some small indentations, and clear markings. Mechanically excellent.
