Fixed front sight with cover and Lyman fully adjustable rear peep sight mounted on the right rear of the receiver. The barrel is marked "S A/flaming bomb/7-37". The bright polished bolt is electropenciled with the matching serial number and marked "NS/M2" on the base of the bolt handle. Mounted on a smooth walnut pistol grip stock with finger grooves. The left side of the stock is marked with a partial boxed Springfield Armory cartouche with a circled "P" marking on the inside of the wrist and a boxed "P" marking at the grip end. Fitted with a Parkerized checkered steel buttplate. Includes a leather sling.

Very fine as arsenal refurbished with 98% of the dark green parkerized finish remaining, showing some light edge wear and general handling marks. The wood is very good as sanded and oiled with light scattered indentations and some scratches. Mechanically excellent.
