Manufactured in 1950. Fixed sights, with the one-line address on the right side of the slide, "COLT/SUPER .38/AUTOMATIC" and the Rampant Colt on the left, and "E/VP" on the trigger guard. Fitted with a pair of checkered Rampant Colt grips. Included with the pistol is a gold label box with manual, and a boxed 22 Long Rifle conversion kit.

Excellent, with 98% of the original blue finish remaining, showing some minor handling marks overall and some minor cycling wear on the lower left front of the slide. A few light scratches and scuffs are present on the grips and the checkering is sharp. Both boxes have detached lids, with some scuffs and tears overall, and the pistol box has been renumbered to match. The kit is in good order. Mechanically excellent.
