Built with a pre-64 style Mauser type control round feed action, large blade style extractor, solid milled trigger guard, and milled floor plate. The right side of the barrel is marked "SAFARI EXPRESS" with standard model and caliber markings on the left. With a ramped beaded blade front sight with a hood and fully adjustable single leaf rear express style sight. The top of the receiver is drilled and tapped for mounting scope bases with filler screws in place. The bolt is brilliantly jeweled with a polished extractor and blued handle with a knurled ridge. Mounted on a walnut pistol grip stock with multi-point checkering at the forearm and grip areas, two recoil bolts, inset rear sling swivel eye (front eye is integral to the mid barrel band) and a solid rubber Winchester recoil pad. Box is numbered to the gun with a lock and papers.

Near new in box with only minimal light handling marks. The wood is excellent. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with general handling and storage marks.
