Manufactured in Japan, approximately 200 Jaegers were produced as a special order 7x57 variant of the Winchester Double Express for Aero Marine of Birmingham, Alabama circa 1984. Ramp blade with brass bead front sight and adjustable folding leaf on quarter rib rear sight with a pair of EAW twist-off quick release scope mounts. The frame is satin finished, with game scenes on the sides and bottom (ram on the right, deer on the bottom, two antelope on the left), floral accents and scroll engraving overall. Fancy checkered walnut stock, with engraved hardware on the Schnabel tip forearm, engraved grip cap, raised cheekpiece and a solid Winchester recoil pad.

Excellent, with 98% plus original blue finish, showing some light handling marks overall. The stock is in equal condition. Mechanically excellent.
