Manufactured without sights on the medium weight barrel marked "9.3x64 BRENNKE" on the left side chamber area. 9.3x64 was developed by Wilhelm Brennke in 1927, as a big game caliber that would be suitable for the model 98 Mauser action. Built on a pre-64 controlled round feed Winchester Model 70 action with a polished bolt, blued large blade Mauser style extractor and a smooth round knob bolt handle. The receiver is drilled, tapped, fitted with bases and mounted with a Leupold M8 6X scope. The multi-point checkered pistol grip stock is fitted with sling swivel studs, plastic grip cap and a solid recoil pad.

Very fine as custom built with 99% of the blue finish, and scattered light handling marks. The wood is very good with light handling marks and some small bruises in the forearm checkering. Mechanically excellent.
