Based on the U.S. Army M4 Carbine with a semi-automatic action with a detachable carry handle/600 meter adjustable rear sight, with the flat top upper receiver, pin front sight, and a bird cage flash hider on the 1/7" twist barrel. The magazine well is stamped with the "RESTRICTED" legend in addition to the standard lower receiver markings with a ribbed cylindrical handguard, checkered pistol grip, and a 4-position telescoping buttstock. With box numbered to the gun, extra magazine, papers, and accessories.

Excellent with 95% plus original black finish, some scattered light handling marks and some very light finish wear on the brass deflector. The stock is excellent with light general handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The box is very good with general storage and handling marks.
