Manufactured in 1890. Blade and semi-buckhorn sights with the two line address/patents marking ahead of the rear sight and "32 Cal." (scarce caliber) at the breech. The Rampant Colt is marked on the left side of the receiver, full length magazine, casehardened hammer and mounted with a checkered forearm and smooth straight grip stock with a crescent buttplate.

Good. The rifle retains traces original blue finish in and around the protected areas with the balance a mottled brown gray patina. The dust cover is cracked at the screw. The buttstock is good with some minor handling marks, and the heavily worn repaired forearm is fair. Mechanically fine.
