Made by Tokyo Arsenal for Imperial Japanese military. Blade front and folding ladder rear sights, with an untouched mum and no series marking on the receiver. Matching serial numbers are present on the bolt handle and safety knob. Fitted with a smooth pistol grip stock, 13 1/2 inch chisel-tip trefoil spike bayonet and a steel buttplate.

Very fine, with 85% of the blue finish, showing some mild handling marks overall and a few areas of spotting. The bayonet assembly and extractor are mixed numbered replacements. The stock is fine, with some dings and scuffs. Mechanically excellent.
