Only 900 Mars pistols in 9mm were produced. Fixed blade front and notch rear sights, "CAL. 9" on the left side of the receiver, "crown/crown/U" proofs on the barrel, receiver and trigger guard, and "BERGMANN/MARS/PAT. BREV/S.G.D.G." on the locking block. Fitted with a straw finished hammer and trigger, niter blue safety and locking block, and checkered grips. The underside of the barrel, breechblock, back sides of the grip panels, and grip screw are all numbered "509". The backside of the side plate and the safety lever are stamped "9".

Good. 30% original rust blue finish remains with areas of high point and edge wear, small nicks and dings throughout, handling marks, mild pitting, and a mixture of brown and gray patina. The hammer and trigger have traces of original straw colors, strong nitre blue on the safety lever, and traces on the locking block. The grips are fair with handling marks, pressure indentations, and a chip on the right panel. Mechanically fine.
