Fixed sights, with the Walther banner, two-line address and caliber markings and "Mod PPK" on the left side of the slide, "crown/N" proofs on the slide, chamber hood and muzzle, and "PDM/98" on the left side of the frame. The PDM (Polizei Direktion Munchen) stamp is found on much of the equipment issued by the Munich Police. Fitted with an early 90 degree safety, ring hammer, smooth trigger, checkered wraparound grips, bottom mounted magazine catch and a proper, un-notched full blue magazine. Noted by serial number and PDM number in "Walther Models PP and PPK 1929-1945" by Rankin, page 102.

Very fine with 85% plus original finish, showing bright aluminum on the front strap, rubbing of the high edges, and some minor spotting and handling marks overall. The chamber hood has been polished. Grip is fine with some warpage on the bottom at the leading edges of the butt and a few light dings on the otherwise crisp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
