Fixed sights, with the full matching serial number on the right side of the slide and frame, "crown/N" proofs on the slide, chamber and muzzle, and a 90 degree safety, all features associated with early Walther pistols, with the "pantagraph" slide number particularly early. Fitted with a ring hammer, one-piece checkered grips and a brown finger extension magazine base numbered to the pistol.

Fine with 70% of the faded original blue finish, showing, bright edge wear, areas of bright gray patina, scattered handling marks and some mild spotting. The front sight has been lowered and shortened, with touches of cold blue around the base. The grip is very good, with a few minor cracks, and the slightly deteriorated finger extension is a also very good. Mechanically excellent.
