Fixed sights with the two-line, two-block patent and address markings on the left side, "P" on top and matching number around the firing pin. Frame is marked "R.S." cartouche with the "P" by the magazine catch. "P/VP" and "69" on trigger guard, and "UNITED STATES PROPERTY M1911A1 U.S. ARMY" on the right side over the serial number.
