Description:

Manufactured in September of 1943. Blade front and adjustable peep rear sights, with a locking "BATTLE RANGE" drum set, a Springfield "10-43" barrel, Springfield bolt, trigger housing, hammer, and operating rod. The stock bears "S.A./FMcF" and "crossed cannon" stamps on the left side, with a serifed circled "P" on the wrist, a brown leather sling, and a checkered buttplate with cleaning tools.

Rating Definition:

Very fine as restored, with 90% of the multi-colored parkerized finish, showing some bright edge wear and handling marks overall. The elevation drum shows mild pitting, and a small section of the edge has been cleanly milled and polished flat. The stock is very good, with a few light dents, and the grease container in the buttstock has been cracked by the multitool. Mechanically excellent.
