The included factory letter states that the pistol was accepted at the Utica, New York, plant on April 23, 1913, and shipped on May 24, 1913, to W.C. Bingham Co. of Cleveland, Ohio. The factory letter also includes copy of the Savage handwritten serial number ledger, listing the gun by number as well as the customer. The .380 ACP Model 1907 was introduced at serial number 2000 making this the sixteenth ever produced in that caliber. The pistol has standard markings and features with hard rubber Savage "Indian head" logo grips.

Fine with 80% of the original blue finish. Displaying areas of blue aging to a brown/gray patina, light surface scratches, handling marks, and edge wear. The grips are very good with handling marks, a small chip at the back edge of the left panel, and a small repaired crack on the left panel. Mechanically excellent.
