Manufactured in 1960 in Belgium. The frame features wonderfully executed, semi-relief game bird scenes on the sides and bottom with intense detailing and intricate deep scroll borders. The trigger guard is similarly engraved with wonderfully detailed rabbits in a forest scene. Both the left and right sides of the frame are signed by Master FN Engraver Charles Legiers. The barrels have a single nickel bead sight on the matte vent rib, 3 inch chambers and are threaded for choke tubes (modified/improved cylinder installed). Mounted on a nicely figured multi-point checkered forearm with engraved hardware and round knob pistol grip stock with a solid Decelerator recoil pad. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .723/.723 inches; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .0435 inches; drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 2 1/4 inches; length of pull 13 7/8 inches.

Very Fine with 99% original finish, minimal light scattered handling marks and incredibly crisp and detailed engravings. The barrels have been modified for the addition of the choke tubes with some light burrs and an uneven surface directly at the muzzle. The wood is very fine with the added recoil pad, scattered small indentations, general handling marks and very attractive grain. Mechanically excellent.
