Manufactured in 1957. Fitted with a hooded beaded blade on ramp front and adjustable rear express style notch sights, standard barrel and receiver markings including the Winchester "WP" proof on the receiver and barrel at the breech. The receiver top has been matted and factory drilled and tapped for scope mounting with filler screws in place. The left side of the receiver is non-factory fitted with a Paul Jaeger quick release scope base and a Redfield 2 3/4x scope. The jeweled bolt is numbered to the gun (electro penciled). Mounted on a multi-point checkered pistol grip stock with a contrasting end cap, blue steel grip cap, inset sling swivel eyes, double reinforcing bolts, and a solid Winchester recoil pad. The floorplate is factory stamped "SUPER GRADE".

Very fine with 90% plus original blue finish. Displaying mostly light handling marks, some faint surface scratches, and light edge wear. The wood is very good with sharp checkering, small handling marks throughout, and a few small dings. Mechanically excellent. The optics are clear.
