Description:

Manufactured in East Germany in 1989. The barrel group features fixed beaded blade front and rear single leaf notch sights, solid matte rib, 3 inch chamber, and a full choke. The rifle barrel is inscribed "GEBR. ADAMY, SUHL," and the shotgun barrel is inscribed "BUHAG-SUHL, HANDWERKSARBEIT MADE IN GDR". The barrel flats are marked with standard East German proofs and caliber notations. The French gray receiver features finely detailed game scenes on the sides with ducks in a marsh on the right and roe deer in a field scene on the left. The scenes are bordered with fine, tight scroll. The box lock action features side clips. Greener style crossbolt, dual triggers, and a tang mounted sliding thumb safety. Mounted on a multi-point checkered forearm and pistol grip stock with sling swivels, plastic grip cap, raised shadowline cheekpiece, and a checkered plastic buttplate. Barrel and stock measurements are: bore diameter at 9 inches from breech .628 inches; wall thickness at 9 inches from breech .046 inches; drop at comb 1 3/8 inches; drop at heel 2 1/4 inches; length of pull 14 1/4 inches.

Rating Definition:

Excellent with 99% original finish. Displaying only light handling marks. The wood is excellent with light handling marks, rich color, and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
