Rating Definition:

Very fine as partially refinished (barrels) with 95% plus blue finish on the barrels and the receiver aged to a mottled gray/brown patina. The barrels show evidence of light pitting under the blue, scattered light spotting, and handling marks. The receiver displays some rougher spotting, faint traces of original case colors, handling marks, and light edge wear on the trigger guard. The wood is very fine with recut checkering, rich color, attractive grain, and small handling marks. Mechanically excellent. The optics are very clear.
