Issued through the American Historical Foundation, this revolver is a near exact replica of the engraved and gold inlaid revolver owned by General and President Dwight D. Eisenhower. The revolver features fixed blade and frame notch sights, full coverage finely detailed scroll engraving with gold inlaid scenes including cowboys, pioneers, wild animals, an American bald eagle on the right side of the barrel, and a small portrait of Samuel Colt. The back strap is inscribed " Dwight David Eisenhower/President of the United States/Man of Peace". Fitted with stag grips. Includes a hardwood display case with a commemorative plaque and letter of authenticity.

Near new in case with only minimal light handling marks overall. The case is very good with a few small scuffs and dings on the exterior.
