Similar in overall configuration to the French "Le Merveilleux" pistol, with a spring-loaded barrel drawn back against the cartridge to chamber and fire the round. Produced without sights, with a blued barrel, nickel finished frame with light scroll engraving, a niter blue external extractor/ejector on the right side and an internal magazine with a follower catch on the left side. The grips are smooth blued metal, with "L.BREVETE/S.G.D.G." on the underside and matching serial numbers on some components.

Rating Definition:

Very fine. The barrel and grips show 75% of their bright blue finish, with mild spotting and handling marks. Strong nitre blue is present on the ejector, with 70% of the nickel finish on the frame and action bar. A small portion of the frame just above the ejector is cracked. Mechanically fine.
