Round barrel with breech section decorated in a stylized floral motif (retaining very faint traces of gilding) within an array of stars and scroll engraving, the tang faintly marked with a crescent moon and stars, and illegible maker’s name. Flat lock plate with deeply engraved scroll motifs and maker’s mark (illegible) and cock decorated en suite. Wood full-stock profusely inlaid with German silver wire decorations. Good with dark aged patina on the metal parts. Some German silver wire inlays are becoming loose. The ball is likely a replacement.
