Fixed sights, with the left side of the slide blank, serial number "383515p" and "ac" Walther code on the right side, and the matching serial number on the right side of the frame. In addition to the standard late war features, this PP has been outfitted with an extended barrel that is threaded at the muzzle, along with a serrated thread protector and a pair of checkered hardwood grips. No proofmarks (commercial or military/Waffenamt) are present, suggesting that the pistol did not pass through conventional channels on its way through the factory; while no documentation is available, it has been suggested that this was intended as a disposable espionage gun, a "sanitized" weapon that could be used or distributed by an intelligence agency without being trackable to their home government. Included with the pistol is a handmade shoulder holster, which is open at the bottom to accommodate the barrel and has a round loop on the side, likely for a silencer.

Fine with 75% of the rough late-war finish, showing bright wear along the edges and scattered spotting and handling marks. The barrel shows a contrasting finish, and may be a later addition. The grips are very good, with crisp checkering, and the magazine has been remarked from 7.65mm to 9mm. The holster is good, with some cracks and tears. The hold-open is bent and needs adjustment, otherwise, the pistol is mechanically very good.
