Operating in Sheffield during the 1800s, Crookes was a major producer of razors and Bowie knives. 10 inches overall with a 6 inch clip point blade, with the left side marked "JONATHAN/CROOKES", a repeating "heart shot out of a pistol" motif, and a set of unidentified blue enamel marks on the left side near the edge. Fitted with an oval guard, stag grips, and a brown leather sheath. 2) Wostenholm "I*XL" drop-point bowie, 10 1/2 inch overall with a horn grip, German silver fittings, and a black leatherette sheath.
