Description:

1) Jonathan Crookes bowie. Operating in Sheffield during the 1800s, Crookes was a major producer of razors and Bowie knives. 10 inches overall with a 6 inch clip point blade, with the left side marked "JONATHAN/CROOKES", a repeating "heart shot out of a pistol" motif, and a set of unidentified blue enamel marks on the left side near the edge. Fitted with an oval guard, stag grips, and a brown leather sheath. 2) Wostenholm "I*XL" drop-point bowie, 10 1/2 inch overall with a horn grip, German silver fittings, and a black leatherette sheath.

Rating Definition:

1) Fine, with some light spotting and handling marks overall. The sheath is well used, with some tearing and holes. 2) Good, with some spotting and mild pitting. The sheath is very good, with some scuffs.
