Manufactured from 1903 to 1927, the "War Model" 1903 saw military use as late as the 1980s in Europe. Blade and notch sights, with the two line FN address and Browning patent marks on the left side of the slide, "CAL 380" on the left side of the frame, Belgian proofs on the slide and frame, "crown/H.C. C.J." on the rear of the frame, and a pair of checkered FN-marked grips. Numbers are matching on the slide, frame and hammer assembly. An extra magazine is included.

Fine, with 85% of the original blue finish, showing areas of bright gray patina, mild edge wear and scattered handling marks. The barrel is numbered to a different pistol and the front sight has been altered. Grips are good, with some dings and scuffs. Mechanically fine.
