Manufactured for the Swiss military between 1918 and 1933 with a blank chamber and the toggle marked with a "Swiss cross" on a striped shield. The left side of the barrel extension has a small "+/M" marking, and a small Geneva Cross is present on the barrel, barrel extension, breechblock, and frame. The grips are the unique checkered variation with smooth borders. It has straw finished controls and niter blue pins and screws. The magazine is marked with a "P" on the lower back edge and is a bright metal finish with a walnut base. The numbered parts have the matching serial numbers.

Excellent with 98% plus original blue showing some mild edge wear and handling marks. Strong colors are present on the straw and niter blue finished components which have some high point wear. The grips are also excellent with a few mild dings on the sharp checkering, and the magazine base shows a thin crack. Mechanically excellent.
