This is one of an estimated 1,000 late production Waffen stamped CZ Model 1938 pistols assembled from parts left from the original Czechoslovakian Army contract. The pistol is correctly without a serial number, a late production feature. The left side of the frame below the ejection port and the barrel have an "eagle/WaA76" German Army acceptance stamp, with a Nazi firing proof also on the barrel. The left side of the barrel is marked "CESKA ZBROJOVKA AKC. SPOL. V PRAZE". Blue slide and side plate with phosphate frame. Fitted with a checkered plastic grip featuring the Cz logo.

Excellent. 98% of the original wartime milled phosphate/blue finish remains with some areas of high point and edge wear, small handling marks, and a few scattered minor dings. The grips are very fine with handling marks and sharp checkering. Mechanically excellent.
