Description:

Manufactured during the WWII German occupation of France. This pistol fits directly with in the known serial number range for Nazi produced Model A pistols of 107,900 to 109,240 resulting in just over 1,000 pistols manufactured and proofed by the Nazi forces. Fixed blade front and slide notch rear sights with standard maker's marks on the left side of the slide. The right side of the frame to the rear of the grips is marked with the correct "eagle/WaA251" acceptance code. Fitted with checkered "M.A.B." marked grips. Includes an unmarked period leather holster.

Rating Definition:

Fine. 60% faded original blue finish remains with areas of high point and edge wear, handling marks, mottled brown/blue patina on the slide and grip straps, and some light spotting. The grips are fine with missing lower screws on both panels, worn checkering, and visible warpage around the edges. Mechanically excellent. The holster is good with small scuffs, tight stitching, and handling marks.
