Fixed sights, with the three-line address and patent markings on the left side, "Eagle/Swastika" and "eagle/WaA140" proofs, stacked matching numbers on the right side, a smooth back strap and checkered grips. Included with the pistol is a brown pigskin flap holster with "BC" scratched into the belt loop and "jkc/43" (Carl Busse, Mainz) on the back and an extra magazine.

Very fine, with 85% plus of the blue finish, showing some bright edge wear, scattered handling marks, and a gray patina on the grip straps. The grips are very fine with some mild dings overall. The holster is fair, with some scuffs and cracks. The magazine well safety has been disabled, otherwise mechanically fine.
